In addition to 7 educational and fun games, like Paint, Find Mommy, Puzzles, Memory Match, Maze, Tap the Picture, and Tap the Word, Old MacDonald Had a Farm by Bacciz Books presents in graphics, animation, and music, the classic tale of the many animals on the farm and the sounds they make. The interactive, story songbook for preschoolers and their parents, includes 60 interactive animations, and highly customized options that present a variety of activities on each full-screen page. With a professional vocal and banjo accompaniment, kids can sing along while they learn about 11 different farm animals.
The new bookshelf display allows children to go from one game to another with out having to quit the app. If you want to skip the Bookshelf and the Games you can go to Settings and set it up like that.
Old MacDonald Had a Farm exhibits the same kid-friendly design, combining entertainment and learning so effectively that young children will play with the app on their own for hours.
The app includes graphics and animation illustrating 11 different farm animals: Chicken, Cow, Duck, Cat, Turkey, Pig, Goose, Donkey, Dog, Horse, and Sheep. Each animal is seen in a different setting on Old MacDonalds farm, a location the animal would most likely be found.
Old MacDonald appears in every scene, along with an assortment of different plants and animals. Highlighted lyrics appear on the screen while the appropriate verse is heard aloud.
Each full-screen scene includes both automatic and touch-activated animation.

Every aspect of design and production is at the highest level throughout. The male vocalist accompanied by a lively banjo gives a spirited rendition of the famous song that is known by children around the world. The professional graphics are both entertaining and informative, including many details, textures, and colors. Parents and siblings can discuss the buildings, land, equipment, animals, and plants that are illustrated, adding depth to the childs understanding of what farm animals do and how a farm works.
The games allow the child to build up their vocabulary, the words to memorize how they are written, and practice spelling.

App opens with a screen full of ads and an animated dog that says "spend mommy and daddys money on lots of apps!" in so many words.
My daughter loved this enough that we bought it. Now that we updated it theres more buttons I push & places to go outside if the song that she gets off the song & I always have to fix it. It was better the way it was before.
